Before the start of every Vrata we need to perform the Sankalpa and at the end of each Vrata we need to perform the Samarpana. This was published in Uttardi Math website last year.
Just to remind you all. I am only presenting the Chaturmaas to you based on what I managed to read in the net. I found it interesting and felt good when I managed to perform the Vrata last year. For those late-readers of my blog, I started writing about this as some of my friends were not aware of such Vratas. If you need to know more about it on the religious side, please discuss this issue with elders in the family or your Achars or Pontiffs.
